Spots under the skin are never easy to get rid of, they are known as congestion spots and the only way to get rid of them is to bring them up to the surface.
1. Steam With A Towel
Using a clean towel, place it under hot running water until there’s steam coming off it. Rinse out the excess water and place the towel over your face for around 5-10 minutes. You will then want to rinse of your face right away with cold water, when drying your face be sure to only dab it and not rub.
2. Drink Plenty of Water
This is often a missed stepped in many skin care cleansing programmes. Drinking fizzy drinks and those high in caffeine such as “energy drinks” can directly affect the causes of spots. A recommend practice is to drink 6 pints of water every day for 14 days, not only will you feel a lot healthier and alert but you should also start to see a massive difference in the quality of your skin.
3. Don’t Squeeze Them
The worse thing you can actually do to get rid of any kind of spots is to squeeze them. In doing so your likely to damage your skin which can leave permanent scars.
